Since 2010, Randy has been President of Advance Local, one of the largest media groups in the United States, which operates the leading news and information companies in more than 25 cities. Randy oversees the overall business while directing major digital growth strategies, new business launches, mobile and video expansion efforts as well as audience growth initiatives at our award-winning newspapers and websites.
Previously, Randy served as President of Parade Publications and Parade Digital as well as Publisher of PARADE, which at the time was the largest magazine in the country. He led the company’s day-to-day print and digital operations and overall strategy. Randy was named Publisher of PARADE in 2003 after serving as Executive Vice-President in charge of marketing, digital media and PARADE’s network of 600 newspaper and online partners.
Randy has also published two children’s books with Roaring Brook Press and has written op-eds for The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Chicago Tribune, Advertising Age and several other publications. He also serves on the national board of The Epilepsy Foundation.Email

Andy is an accomplished executive with a proven track record of beating revenue expectations, delivering new products and in managing cross-functional disciplines in a collaborative and results-oriented manner. He has had significant experience in developing and executing a comprehensive salesforce transformation plan for multi-media sales teams, launching new products and ventures, building and implementing marketing plans and in leading technology, operations and product management teams to high levels of success. He has also led several large business development initiatives in pursuit of product launches and mergers and acquisitions. He places an emphasis on driving the “right” level of change throughout the organization and in building winning teams in the name of revenue, profit and people excellence.
His most recent professional experience includes a role at YP (the Yellow Pages) as SVP of Sales where he managed and led a cross-functional 750+ person sales organization across 20 markets. Prior to that, he led Group Sales at Gannett where he supported and led print and digital sales efforts across 22 markets.
Previous to his role at Gannett, Andy held progressive leadership positions at Media General, including Head of Digital Media and Vice President of Sales across its Broadcast, Digital and Publishing businesses which served 50+ markets across the country. Andy holds a BS from James Madison University and an MBA-Finance from Seton Hall University.

Margo Coble works with Advance Local’s affiliated companies on marketing, strategy and business development. Coble joined Advance in February 2010 from PARADE, where she most recently served as Vice President of Integrated Media. Throughout her 10-year career at PARADE, Coble held senior marketing and business development roles. She was instrumental in creating the company’s first successful multiplatform programs for major national brands, elevating PARADE’s marketing capabilities and leading the B2B rebranding of PARADE. Previously, Coble held marketing roles at Hearst and Time Inc.Email
VP Audience Targeting & Programmatic
Jeff is a veteran digital marketer who has utilized a variety of data, platforms and strategies to reach, engage and persuade digital audiences at all levels of the buying funnel for local and national brands and agencies. Jeff has a rich background in traditional marketing and extensive hands-on experience with cutting edge data and digital delivery strategies as a digital marketing practitioner. Jeff is currently the Vice President of Audience Targeting, Programmatic and Data Strategies for Advance Local, and oversees delivery of more than 388 targeted display and rich media ads on desktop and mobile devices every year.Email

A 28 year media and marketing veteran, Jeff established the Enterprise Search team at Advance Digital, responsible for the management of our largest search engine marketing campaigns. Jeff also leads the creation of Advance Digital’s Content Marketing division, including the development of the Sponsor Content (Native) and Branded Content products. He was recently named Vice President of Search, Social, and Content Marketing for Advance Local.Email
Before joining Advance Local’s custom publishing unit, Headline Studio, Liz was most recently a Vice President at McMurry/TMG, the country’s largest private content-marketing agency. Before that, she spent more than a decade working on custom content programs at American Express. She has directed programs for clients including Marriott, Verizon, Disney and Johnson & Johnson. Prior to that, she worked on content development at The Princeton Review.Email
Matt leads the development and expansion of Advance Local’s Content Marketing division, Headline Studio, working to identify opportunities to create best-in-class branded and native content for our clients, while leveraging an exclusive distribution and audience outlet for that content through Advance Local’s award-winning owned and operated assets. Prior to coming to Advance, Matt led the management teams of four business portfolios within the McMURRY/TMG Content Marketing group during his company tenure: The Amtrak Media Network, American Diabetes Association, Washington Flyer Media and Spark Video Productions.Email
