Advance Local New Year Update from Randy Siegel

Now that we've closed the books on 2015 and are off and running in 2016, here’s an update on where we are as Advance Local starts its fifth full year operating as a digitally focused news and information organization. 2015 was a solid year in many respects — especially in terms of audience growth and new revenue initiatives. There were several notable accomplishments that so many of you worked exceptionally hard to engineer. However, last year was challenging too as the decline of print advertising revenue accelerated, forcing us to make difficult decisions about strategic priorities, programs and staffing as we worked to serve the needs of our readers and advertisers.
